Let yourself be inspired by our project in Ronda, where we cultivate 8 ancient grains in a polyculture system. The flour is freshly milled in a stone mill to create this flavorful loaf with a rich, dark crumb. It is the flagship bread of Pan Bendito, a true gem for bread lovers.
All our breads and pastries are naturally fermented using sourdough. We do not use conditioners, enhancers, or preservatives.
