We craft this bread with freshly stone-milled buckwheat in our bakery, combined with whole brown linseed and psyllium. The result is a delicious and nutritious loaf, perfect for toasting and pairing with avocado or butter and jam. This is the large size of our 100% buckwheat bread, but we also offer a smaller version.
